Valentine’s Day Resources
RECOMMENDED RESOURCES
Not surprisingly, there’s such a thing as “Valentine’s Day stress,” which can negatively impact one’s emotional and mental well-being.
Although I hadn’t heard of this until a few years ago, I wasn’t surprised to hear it existed.
Research shows that most people find this hallmark holiday stressful - whether they’re going through a breakup, single, or even in a relationship.
I get it. For many, Valentine’s Day is a holiday often loaded with romantic expectations that can distort the primary intention of the day—to be a light-hearted day to express our love and affection for those we care about with thoughtful gestures and gifts.
Luckily, simply being aware that Valentine’s Day can have this effect can help you experience the weight of your emotions less personally.
Here are some of my Valentine’s Day resources to help you have a stress-free day.
